    This is a delightful, bright, colorful place to spend approximately an hour of your time. It is located on lower level 2 of the Willis Tower. The route through the Color Factory is unidirectional, so once you finish a room you can’t return to it. They give you a QR code so that you can scan it at different photo stations throughout. Photos are automatically sent to your email free of charge. The art installations are creative. The rooms are fun, and they include a small mirror maze, a balloon room, a patriotic confetti room, and a room with a large ball pit with two slides. They also offer sweet little treats such as jelly bellies, macarons, blue taffy, and mini ube ice cream with cones. They also offer you the chance to pick a small souvenir. My least favorite rooms were the ones with the stationary white ghosts since these were the least interactive. There is also a room where you can try to guess the various scents, but some of the scents were very faint or nonexistent. I have also been to the Color Factory in New York City and the rooms here in Chicago are mostly different.

    Neat place for a kid maybe 7 to 12 years old. Took a big group of exchange students, age 16 and 17 and spent $53 EACH person to get in. Wayyyy over priced!! The ticket purchase process was TERRIBLE, took a long time and you have to give them A TON of personal information and now I get a TON of junk emails from these weird senders, scam type things. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place due to this fact. If there is a way to not give your email out then that would be best, but they send your purchased ticket TO YOUR EMAIL- so they got ya if you want to go in. Ya, I regret doing this 100%.

    Very pleasant visit to make with family. It is, indeed, very colorful, sometimes funny and extremely “instagrammable”. Sweets to eat, games... everyone can find their happiness. At the entrance you are given a map that allows you to trigger the cameras at various strategic locations. Then you will receive all these photos “for free” in your email. Very good idea to include this service.
