    Really fun ~1hr cooking class where we learnt a lot about the culture of Gjirokaster and Albania and then ate our delicious meal in the restaurant after. Thank you for the great experience!

    We enjoy our cooking class. The recipe were very tastefully and easy to do. A written version of recipe would be helpful in order to cook them once we are back home.

Typical food to enjoy: - qifqi , pie(byrek) meatballs (qofte) etc. You will take the written recipe and what you cooked at home. You can find us very easily, in the heart of the medieval bazaar, with the open doors , the sleeves rolled up and a warm welcome making you feel at home.
