I realize it’s a three day weekend and it was rainy today. We arrived expecting Crayola to be busy. However, we didn’t expect to wait in 30 minute lines for every attraction. As soon as we stepped foot upstairs we were met with a swarm of people. The crowd never dispersed. We had to push through the crowd at every turn. Knocking into people was just par for the day. Many of the attractions were broken constantly. One machine was out of order the entire time, with many others breaking over and over again (the name your own crayon machines.) They did have a worker making constant rounds at the name your own crayon machines, trying to keep up with the break downs. The lines for these machines are chaotic. After waiting 30 minutes to do an activity, like mold art, we were very disappointed with the experience. When I got it my machine, the lights weren’t working. The box said “open the door” so I opened the door. A worker came over and quickly scolded me to keep it closed. I would have liked to know more about what was happening, but they were ushering people in and out as fast as they could. They took our molds out before they were dry, to get the next group in. Very disappointing experience after waiting in line for so long. We thought that everything inside came as part of the ticket price. We were disappointed to learn that many things kept costing additional money. My son kept asking to do the things with a shorter line, but those were the things that cost extra. There was so much confusion and chaos- we didn’t get to experience most of the activities. Looking back over the website just now, I don’t even remember seeing half of the listed activities- probably because it was just too crowded. I wish we had been told of the crowds as we were purchasing our tickets. As people that live close by, but have never done the experience before, we would have come back another time. I hope it’s much calmer most other days!

We came with our 6 and 7 year old boys and they loved it! Model making, crayon designing and colouring the pet were their favourite and burning off some extra energy in the play area was great also! A special thank you to staff member Nikki she could not have been more helpful and really made our day :)

My daughter had an awesome time. I would absolutely suggest this to anyone with kids. All of the staff were nice.

It was great but I didn’t like that some activities were an extra charge. Once I pay my admission I don’t want to have to tell my kids they can’t do certain things or be forced to pay more that I didn’t calculate for. Other than that it was great

Ok - full transparency kids will love this place. Those with a recent birthday (1 week timing plus or minus) get in free. Thats where the good news ends. Here's the MAIN issue. Its understaffed and the employees don't care. I 've never seen so many employees just barely scraping by to do their jobs. This is a really bad Chuck E. Cheese with the Crayola name on it - and they don't serve a full menu on weekdays! There are experiences included like make spin art from a melted crayon - yeah - 1 per family - not 1 per person. The crayon machine that takes tokens - they've a hot mess as they don't work properly - aren't marked out of order and "eat" your tokens (They did finally replace our tokens). The family restroom door has a lock that doesn't work. The snack bar took forever as they had to wait until the popcorn was completely empty before popping a new batch. Ten minutes later it was ready. Yet they other a ticket upgrade to get two popcorns and a drink - come 'on Parents let there kids run wild, its shameful. I lost count of the number of kids that bounced off of me running around this place. Do yourself a favor - just by some Crayola products at a local store and a coloring book - or get their apps on a tablet. If I could get my money back - I would - NEVER AGAIN.

I am highly upset with how our experience was today. Got to Crayola and me and my children had to use the bathroom , and unfortunately i use a walker due to a back injury and i went to use the handicap stall and i was waiting in a line of other mothers with strollers waiting to use the handicap stall. which i am a little confused, i am using a walker to hold my self up and can not use the regular stalls. so this is very frustrating. only one handicap bathroom stall for people like me. and mothers are using this bathroom to change there kids when a changing table is right there for them to use. so i waited over minutes to use the bathroom at this point i am in so much pain because i have OBS - which means i can hardly control my bladder. There is a family room for things like this and apparently the door handle is off and it doesnt seem that it is going to get fixed anytime soon. This is a place for kids to come and play and a family bathroom is a must for single parents which is ideal. Im sorry but familys using the handicap stall WHICH IS FOR HANDICAP people to change there children is not okay. ALSO when i tried to speak to someone about this the girl was very rude and basically told me well then i would have to figure something else out when i need to use the bathroom completely ignoring me and telling me she doesnt have time to deal with my complaint. I AM HIGHLY DISSAPOINTED WITH THIS !

Lots to do especially on a rainy day but the soft lay areas could do with being bigger . we also got a bit frustrated by all the extra charge stuff . After an hour the kids were ready to move on

Over-priced & uninspiring. 28 dollars per adult so nearly 50 dollars to get in and then you’re expected to put more money into slot machines once in there. Needs updating and a lot of the machines were broken. Won’t be going back. Our 2 year old was bored and wanted to leave after 20 mins.

This was my first time of even hearing of this place! Glad I went. Everyone from my 2, 4, 5 & 12 years old nieces loved it!! Even my 24 year old daughter enjoyed making her own crayon as well as all the coloring and other hand on activities!!

Travel2023A

Not enough activities and don’t worse a money . Picture maker is very expensive t for purchase and some activities asking for money. Is already expensive
