    Absolutely appalling customer service. We were told 25 minutes on the coach it took almost 2 hours. We were put in a minibus first to go to a big coach. The minibus driver dus not have a clue what he was doing. He was constantly on the phone not concentrating on driving he had to turn around 3 times and then tried going down a no entry. The hostess on the coach didn't know what was happening we were told we would all be sat together but they tried to separate us 3. What a disappointment. Definitely avoid this one guys its awful.

    What a wonderful evening we had! We were neatly picked up in an air-conditioned bus. We were the first to be picked up (the furthest away) so we had to sit in the bus for an hour, on the way back they had a mini van especially for us and two other couples so we were back at the hotel within half an hour. Very well arranged. The food was reasonable but not special. Chicken, rice, potato and tzatziki as main course. Are there two or four of you? Then you sit at a table with others. At first we found this a bit uncomfortable but it was actually very nice to sit down with multiple nationalities (and yet also on yourself). The wine was unlimited and very tasty. The show, the atmosphere, the friendliness, the dancing: phenomenal. My 18-year-old daughter said she had never had such a fun evening where young and old were dancing together. We enjoyed it so much! Highly recommended.

    Pickup is available from main roads , partly from exits of hotels and predesignated pick-up points from Sissi ,Malia, Stalis, Hersonissos, Analipsi, Anissaras, Gouves, Gournes, Kokkini Chani, Karteros,Heraklio and Ammoudara-Heraklion . The activity provider will contact you within 24 hours after booking the excursion with a detailed description of your pickup point (with a link of the exact location attached ) and time.     Nikos Tsagarakis

    While you are entertained with the sounds of the Bouzouki and Lyra , you'll be served an Original Cretan dinner ,accompanied by unlimited local prodused house wine. The event takes place in the beautyful village of Pano Karouzano , which is located nestled in the mountains , high above Hersonissos . Guests will be treated to a performance of Traditional Greek dances accompanied by live music . You will also be invited to join in and have a chance to learn a few steps of traditional dances , turn your self into Zorbas for a night and keep this wonderful experience in your memory forever . Dinner is served and consists of many mouth-watering Greek dishes that must be tried . There is no better way to experience traditional Greek entertainment and hospitality .
