    <p>Meet on arrival and checked in but no vouchers waiting just an itinerary that we already had. No information available regarding room times or where we were at. This was the beginning of many emails going to and fro to find out what was required and where to meet etc. Split is such a beautiful place in the old town it was a shame it started on a disappointing note. First transfer occurred on time but still no vouchers. Again transfer early morning but on arrival at hotel no amenity for early checkin. Get used to dropping bags and have something organised to do. Have bathers in your back back I'd you want to go swimming. Information on hotel terrible and on checkin they wanted to write down credit card details but had no mechanism for destroying the information. Cash deposit required as they had never heard of preauthorising the card using the EFT machine. No further tours offered by the tour company so they missed out on more business. The hotel in Dubrovnik when we eventually arrived on a rather messy transfer was the worst for the trip. Rooms tiny and could not move around beds. Covers on beds not clean and bathroom so small you needed to have the door open to dry yourself. Staff not interested in guests and we felt like pests rather than customers. It was a shame as Dubrovnik is a great city and where the hotel is located is great for beach and only a short ride on the number 6 bus to the old town. We could have arranged the trip using an alternate service as the agent was invisible and we did not even have the correct agent name when we were transferred as it was never advised. Trying to work with Viator is also challenging especially when you are booking for more than two persons but who would have thought two couples booking the same trip was so difficult.</p>

    <p>I would certainly recommend this tour with Viator. All the transfers were very well organized. We were met at every location with friendly helpful drivers. When the weather prevented a catamaran from leaving Hvar Island, arrangements were quickly and efficiently made for us on an alternative route. We were very pleased with the beautiful hotels. This tour let us travel independently yet we didn't have to make our own arrangements or handle our own luggage. Made for hassle-free traveling.</p>

    <p>We really enjoyed the tour . The hotels were good as were the forms of transport. The tour leaders in Split and Hvar were excellent. The driver to Dubrovnik was excellent too. We were not picked up at KORCULA island at 9pm on the Sunday night as promised and had to find our own way to the hotel pulling our bags in the dark and we would have appreciated a more personal tour of Dubrovnik maybe at a less busy time, perhaps in the afternoon. The tour leader was nice but she had to wait around for cruise people and there were too many in the group .Many thanks for providing this tour, Wendy and Frank Wilkinson.</p>

    We just came back from a Croatia Island Hopping - 8 Day Dalmatian Coast Tour of Croatia, organized by Euroadria Tours and offered by Viator. This was an independent tour, therefore, Euroadria arranged for all transfers, accommodations and walking tours. The amount of time spent at each town/city was well thought and proportional to the activities offered at each of them. We started in Split, then Hvar, Korcula and Dubrovnik. All local tour guides were very professional (Iris in Split, Nikol in Hvar, Ivanna in Dubrovnik), each walking tour was perfect to give us orientation and ideas of what to see on our own after. The hotels selected were located at walking distances from the Old town (15 to 20 min the majority of them). Everyone involved in transfers, arrived and departured on time. Tickets for ferries or information about departure time arrived on our rooms or at the hotel reception ahead of time. Everything was really well organized, not a single activity or timeline failed to be met. The towns were beautiful, and I think Euroadria really deserves all the praises for us to have enjoyed so much this trip
