    Let's start with all the positive aspects of the trip. The organization at the marina was very good—parking, check-in, punctuality, friendly staff, clean and modern boat, and safety instructions were all well handled. However, our particular experience was affected by the boarding process. We were told that our seats were assigned with a number on our wristbands. Upon boarding, we were informed that our seats were outside, in the sun, on long benches typically used for sunbathing. Our group of four, along with three other couples, were seated there. Meanwhile, all other passengers were inside the boat, seated at tables with air conditioning. When we asked why our seats were outside in the sun, we were told that the system assigns seats randomly. While other passengers were comfortably inside, we had to spend the entire trip outside in the sun. During the journey, passengers who got seasick also came to our outdoor seating area to get some fresh air or vomit. This was another rather negative aspect of sitting in this area. When we arrived at the first destination for snorkeling, the instructions were given in the exterior area, near our "seats," which was also the area where people jumped into the water and got in and out of the sea. As a result, all our seats, bags, towels, and shoes got completely wet. Additionally, other passengers decided to sit in our area because they wanted to sunbathe, which meant we were crammed with wet people throughout the return journey. We found this "random distribution" unfair, especially since all passengers paid the same fare for their tickets. We don't know if there was overbooking, which led to not enough seats inside for everyone, but those of us who were assigned seats outside were unhappy about it. We took this trip to celebrate my birthday and my best friend's husband's birthday. We were both a little disappointed when we encountered the inconvenience with our seats. Aside from this major issue, we must also highlight that the overall experience, service, snorkeling plan, beach, food, and drinks were very good. If we were to take another tour, we would request from the beginning that our seats be guaranteed inside the boat, and if we chose to sit outside, it should be our decision. The conditions should be equal for all passengers.

    Such a perfect day. Everyone was so nice, the crew and captain were so friendly and super helpful !!! 10 out of 10 will do this again the next time we come, would highly recommend to anyone!

    This tour was awesome! The staff was friendly and attentive! The catamaran was clean and spacious. It was lots of fun! The drinks were really good and so was the lunch! I'd definitely do this one again!

    After an approximate 50-minute cruise, you’ll arrive at a beautiful reef – Carlos Rosario or the Luis Peña underwater nature preserve – located just off Culebra’s western shore, where your crew will anchor for 1.5 hours of snorkeling fun followed by a light lunch. Then it’s just 20 minutes to a deserted Culebra beach off the beaten path, where you’ll spend the rest of the afternoon swimming, snorkeling, beachcombing or sunbathing. (Underwater cameras and sunscreen are available for purchase on board.) Your captain will decide which beach is best, depending on weather conditions that day – most likely stunning Flamenco or a half-mile long beach on Culebrita, a tiny islet of the east coast of Culebra with outstanding views of St Thomas.

    The experience can be subject to change due to bad weather or unforseen circumstances. We always endeavour to give you the best possible experience.
