Darjeeling has many tea gardens.we were initially taken to rangeet valley tea garden which we didn't like much so we went to happy valley tea estate which is beautiful and there is a tea process tour where they explain the process and later after some tea tasting you can buy premium tea which is very costly.But the best tea garden is the orange valley which is on the way to the rock garden and it is very beautiful and here you take any picture it will come out well.we also tasted tea here which we liked

Known for producing one of the finest teas in the world these tea estates gives you an insight on how the final product is extracted and reach our households. Darjeeling tea garden my sincere request to the tourist is just go and enjoy the place and take pics for God sake don't buy tea it's all a big Fiasco and fake the tea they serve and tea powder which is sold are different and dont get cheated

This Darjeeling Tea Garden that most Tourists are taken to during their visit to Darjeeling is just a small little sample of a Tea Garden in Darjeeling with only a few Old Tea Plants which are not even properly looked after and are quite dry and unimpressive to look at as well. Actually, the main reason to take Tourists here is to entice them to buy Darjeeling Tea from the several stalls selling them outside this so called Tea Garden. Don’t know if they are really Authentic High Quality Darjeeling Tea or just a Tourist Scam. If you visit this place expecting to see an Active Tea Estate or a Producing Tea Garden, you will be disappointed. The Main Tea Gardens are located in the Kurseong District of Darjeeling, where there are Massive Tea Estates owned by Castleton, Goodricke Group and others. If you can get to visit one of these Big Tea Estates, it will be preferable to go there and not waste your time going to this place which is Most Unimpressive.
