    The guide spoke more Armenian than english and people from non-Armenian speaking countries felt a little bit isolated. Also it is not well organised and everything was a mess... we had to meet the guide at the top of the hill at an hour and she was not there... it is clearly that she was caring more of Armenian than other people. Also, there was a tour in boat and it was not included on the reserve. Also, due to the fact that one big Armenian family wanted to sit together on the bus, we were forced to move to the front of the bus, where we couldn't understand nothing of what the guide was trying to explain, and by trying I mean she was speaking 70% of the time in Armenian

    I was really pleased to be with karmela. Everything was perfect, she is so kind person and so informative about the history of armenia, don't hesitate to ask her, she will answer any auestion can come to your minds, iloved the trip with this company. So much love for you guys
