Car
If you are traveling by car from Yerevan, take the M4 highway towards Sevan. After approximately 65 km, follow the signs for Sevan and continue on the H1 road. Upon reaching Sevan, look for signs directing you to Sevanavank Monastery, which is situated on the peninsula. The monastery is located at 'H276+GCV, Sevan'. There is parking available near the site.
Public Transportation
For those using public transportation, you can take a minibus (marshrutka) from Yerevan to Sevan. The marshrutkas leave from the Kilikia Bus Station and the journey takes about 1.5 to 2 hours. Once you arrive in Sevan, you can either take a taxi or walk approximately 5 km to reach Sevanavank Monastery. If you choose to walk, follow the signs towards the lake and the monastery will be visible as you approach the peninsula.
Taxi
If you prefer a more direct route after arriving in Sevan by public transport, you can hire a taxi from the bus station to Sevanavank Monastery. The taxi ride should take about 10-15 minutes and will cost approximately 1,500 to 2,500 AMD depending on the negotiation.
