    Office and ground staff were lovely - friendly and helpful. Although there was a safety video playing, no one was actually monitoring if anyone was paying attention or watching it. Unfortunately as a solo traveller I was put in with a rather noisy family group. On the headset I was unable to hear the pilot's commentary. I did speak into the microphone twice to tell him, but ended up giving up as he either could not hear me or ignored me - no idea which. I could hear the family speaking and the pilot speaking to the lady in the front seat, but no commentary, I ended up just taking the headset off. Lovely views, but no idea what anything was, therefore it made my experience disappointing and expensive. I did tell the staff in the office.

    From the moment my name was read out to go next on the helicopter to the moment I left the building to go back to my hotel it was the most wonderful experience and special a thank you to everybody working there and (most definitely including the pilot) who all helped it be so amazing.
