    Nice people and had good fun for a beginner. It was a good way to introduce yourself to diving. I would recommend this to anyone’s trying to see if they can go further with diving

    I had a great time and saw several giant sea turtles on my snorkeling tour to with Adrenailha! Moreover they offered me to go to scuba diving as well last minute even though I did not sign up in advance. I took that opportunity, and was able to pay the difference the scuba part later with a credit card immediately after the tour. The staff arrived to the meeting spot in a van clearly marked Adrenailha, so it was easy to know who they were. The instructor was very patient with me as a first time scuba diver. He managed the pressure for me. Although I speak conversational level Spanish and only a little Portuguese, there were enough gestures and nonverbal communication for me to understand everything I needed. He made me feel very comfortable even though I was a little scared. He showed me all the interesting animals, pointing them out to me explicitly. I saw crazy looking sea urchins (cidaroida, with thicker and more widely separated spines than most sea urchins), and a ton of fish of various colors and sizes, including one that was kinda spiky and buried itself in the sand. They also offered apples and fresh water. When I became cold, they gave me a warmer wetsuit. The boat had a roof so I did not have to worry about getting a sunburn on the boat. However, there was were also places to lie on the sun to warm up. The experience felt very intimate, as there were only two other customers and two workers (boat driver & instructor) with me. It was a weekday in March, however. There may be more people on the weekends or busy season. There was some water that splashed on us on the boat when the waves were big. It is a small boat and I didn't really mind. It doesn't affect my rating, but others may want to know about it. It wasn't really worse than taking a larger boat to Campeche Island with a different company, however, and sitting in the middle of the boat could prevent most of the splashes reaching someone.

    Had a very cool experience, didn’t last as long as listed but it was plenty of time, saw a couple kinds of corals, tons of colorful tropical fish, crabs, eels, belt fish, and got to pet a sea turtle. Especially cool experience if you’re from the US where a diving experience is something you can’t even do without pricey training and certifications, although I enjoyed it so much I want to get those things now anyway!

    Start your Baptismal Diving adventure at 8:00 at Marina Barra Náutica. After check-in, attend the safety and technical briefing at 8:15 am. Board at 8:45 for Xavier Island, arriving there at around 9:15. (depends on navigation conditions). Get ready for an incredible 30-minute dive or snorkeling, while some dive and others snorkel, starting at around 9:30, exploring the vibrant underwater world under the supervision of experienced instructors. Enjoy time for snorkeling and post-dive relaxation, followed by a fruit snack at 10:30. Return to the marina between 11:30 and 12:30, (depending on the number of participants on the day) taking with you unforgettable memories. The activity can last from 3 to 4 hours depending on the number of people and navigation conditions.
