What to expect

11:30 AM Meet up and introduction. Prepare rice balls, toppings, pickles, and rice sprinkles for Onigiri(riceballs). Layout/design your bento box with Okazu(Home-style dishes made locally, like Karaage, Korokke, Yakitori, and Tamago-yaki) purchased at neighborhood delis/shops. ↓ 1 PM Bento Box Presentation Table setting and photo session, and Itadakimasu! Let’s eat over Tokyo roasted coffee. Your sensei will talk about homo-style dishes for the day and where you can buy them in Yanaka. ↓ 2:30 PM End of lunch
