    Really good tour, would recommend. Good view of Dusseldorf. Try and get there earlier to secure a good seat.

    We had very much fun. I can only recomand it as a family trip it is ideal. You can relax and enjoy the view.

    Really bad service, if you order online tickets you get a trouble by the boat , they don’t recognize the Viator online tickets ,let you change always kd tickets but when you go there , just asking you to connect with the internet seller of refund of tickets are sold out , no place to go exchange recent tickets ... very rude , we waited 5 Hours get a next ship

    My father and I paid to cruise. Waited in a queue for half and hour. To be told we were in the wrong queue and had to come back 1 hour and a half later. This was a bit disappointing. Finally, we got on board the boat which was quite well kept. To my alarm the staff behind the drinks bar were smoking whilst working. I thought that was vile. We sat down and ordered our drinks from the waiter. My drink came quite quickly, but my father waited for over 30 minutes to receive his cup of black tea. The cruise consisted of seeing architecture that you could see from the land. There was commentary but you could barely here. To top it all off, the river looked almost black from pollution.

    Rude staff, not really interested in being on the boat. Probably take the bus or walk around to see more of Dusselldorf. The price was cheap at 11Euro.
