What to expect
You will travel by comfortable car with your tour driver approximately 2-3 hours, each way. Upon arrival at your destination, you will join other participants of the River Rafting Experience. One raft can accommodate a group of up to 11 people, lead by two raftsmen – a foreman at the front and an assistant at the back of the raft. During the 2-3 hours of the raft trip, you will have an opportunity to admire 14th-century Červený Kláštor on the Slovak side. Rafters are also impressed by rugged limestone rocks reaching even 500 m in height above the water surface. The highlight of the trip, however, is a view on the most famous summits of the Pieniny Mountains, namely Sokolica and Trzy Korony. Your raft trip down the Dunajec river ends in the town of Szczawnica – one of the oldest Polish health resorts. You will have about 1 hour of free time to have a lunch and then return to Krakow.
