    Really great experience, great bikes, good fun. The transfers were perfect. The company running the tour were really good and professional, and our guide Matteo was AMAZING! He really made the experience wonderful.

    The tour guide was really friendly and had a lot of interesting insight into the area. The tour took us to some wonderful parts of the island that we wouldn't have gone without the guide. The bikes weren't the best quality however, the equipment was quite old and tired, and we were constantly reminded that the batteries on the E-Bike didn't last very long. I had to replace my bike initially as the rear wheel was broken and could have been dangerous had I not noticed. But overall very enjoyable!

    Very enjoyable first experience of E-Bikes. Luca was a very good guide with exceptional knowledge of the area. His wife was very good at all of the initial instructions and setting up. Bikes seemed in very good condition with more than enough battery life and safety helmets were provided. Only thing that TUI do not mention is that water is not provided but luckily Luca provided us with some of his own.

    Great ride, information from TUI incorrect. We did not need swimmers - there was never going to be an opportunity to swim. Apparently TUI were told this over a year ago. We did need water. The assumption, by all participants, was that this was included as it was not specified but this is not the case.
