On the day of our tea, the temperature was warmer than usual. Nevertheless, the staff were not prepared for the hot weather. No fans, ice or cold drinks. And, the bus windows only opened around 4 inches. Knowing all this, the staff did nothing to make the ride a little more bearable. And, when we brought up concerns about the heat, the staff gave us excuses. Too, it was hard to hear what the staff were saying. One lady spilled her glass of champagne as she didn't realize it was time to leave our start site. Food was good. It was hard to enjoy it due to the heat. We decided to get off the bus at the first stop.

It was an exceptionally warm day in Edinburgh. We were seated on the upper deck and immediately noticed how warm it was. Windows open about 4 inches. No breeze. The food was very good. We requested cold drinks and they were out of our choices. They had one orange drink which we shared. No water was available. No fans to cool the air. The four of us decided to leave the bus at the first stop due to the heat. Also this is described as a tour. Very little information offered on what we were seeing. I had looked forward to this experience and was really disappointed. Suggestion to operators: have lots of cold drinks especially water when it is a warm day. Offer hand fans or install fans on the bus. A breeze makes a huge difference. Make sure you have ample supply of very cold drinks to help with the heat. Be sure that you describe the experience correctly. It is a ride on a bus with tea. Not a tour.

Had the best time on the tour bus with friends for a hen do 🐓 🎉 the people working on the bus are so great, I think their names were Sarah, Elise can’t remember the names on the other two but recommend 10/10

We were so surprised at how cute this Red Bus Tour was! We sat on the second level with tea, Prosecco, tea sandwiches & desserts while touring Edinburgh. We thought it would be just a Scottish Tea in a hotel, but this bus tour was delightful with a great crew. Such fun!

Received a gift voucher for this and opted for the Edinburgh trip and so glad we did, well organised, great service and food, staff were very helpful and informative. Not only would I recommend but I am looking forward to another visit later on in the year.

We had a lot of fun. It is an old bus so of course it is loud and bumpy ride but that's totally ok. We liked the food. No complaints.

What a pity. Had a great time on the bus with friend but unfortunately let down badly with gluten free option. Definately not a dining experience for gluten free diets. Very little food supplied, no variety. Friend with no dietry restriction had a beautiful selection with lots supplied. Such a pity as staff and everything else was great but the trip is not catering for gluten free i'm afraid.

We had a fabulous afternoon, the food was delicious, staff were friendly and helpful and the atmosphere on the bus was brilliant. Bonus seeing the beautiful Edinburgh sights on a lovely sunny day!

Went on the bus yesterday and it was amazing! So much fun, giggled all the way round, great atmosphere. Food was fantastic too! Will definitely being doing that again. Thanks for a memorable experience!

It was not abundantly clear to me that this was NOT A TOUR. This is a meal while you ride around on a bus. The people were lovely and did point out a few attractions but it was mostly just a ride around town while you eat. The food was displayed beautifully but it was average at best. It also didn’t seem like the set up was appropriate for the bumpiness of the ride. I lost a few food items along the way and had to hold on to my glass the entire time which was distracting. On a good note, I loved having my own private seat as a solo traveler and did not have to make small talk or share with strangers. The staff were all very kind and attentive as well. My biggest complaint is the heat! Where my seat was, I was cooking in the sun and the air on the bus didn’t circulate there. I was in a sweater and just roasting. It was hard to eat when I was dripping with sweat and very uncomfortable :(
