    Wife and I booked the VIP experience, which is upstairs. The food was awesome, the service exceptional, music and drinks awesome as well. However, at least two of the six lounging chairs were torn out beneath the pad. When you sit down, you and the pad fell into the hole. Very uncomfortable ride as we had to stand alot, or lay flat along the edges. Pointed out to the staff and the response was, "wow....didn't know the chairs were damaged". Right. For the price paid, I hope the company replaces or repairs the chairs quickly. To be clear, if the chairs weren't damaged, the overall experience would have been off the charts great.

    Staff were very friendly! Boat was great and inviting. Paid extra for the VIP was totally worth it. Comfortable seating and great views. They brought lunch and full bar service. Lots of kids on the boat having a great time. This was overall the best excursion for your price ,I have booked amd Traveled to Bahamas many times. This was an unexpected luxury staff and service.
