    An amazing class! We prepared traditional Tuscan pasta and ragu, but even more importantly our instructor shared her own family traditions with us. Definitely the best cooking class in Lucca!!

    Really enjoyed the pasta making workshop. I'd never made pasta before and found the workshop really manageable. We loved it so much that we made one of the pastas and the ragu the following evening for our family! I also really appreciated the vegetarian option so I could feel included through the whole journey.

    We did the typical Lucchese meal which was a delight! We made pasta fritta, homemade pasta with ragù and a dessert called castagnaccio. Our hosts were lovely, very friendly and informative. I would recommend this to anyone visiting Lucca! We had lots of leftovers to bring back to enjoy again! They also gave us the recipes to make on our own.
