Thank you for such an amazing time . Sinthia was our host/ driver and we couldn't be more pleased . Sinthia was waiting for us right outside the port . She took us around Roatan and showed us some of the local favorites. We also went to West Bay Beach and it was beautiful. Our snorkeling experience was amazing right off the beach in West Bay . Our kids said this was the best vacation yet and we thank Sinthia and Toucan tours for being a part of it . Five stars !

Cynthia was our private driver/tour guide for the day. We started off with a visit to one of the animal parks. Cynthia made sure we were able to go in with a small group of less than 6 people which was so nice. All the other groups we saw inside had 15+ ppl. We got to hold sloths, parrots, & monkeys!! It was amazing!! Then we went to a private beach resort in west bay. We were able to utilize all of the resort bathroom and beach amenities (chairs, pay for bar, etc. ) After a short swim our snorkel tour guide took us out to the reef. Again we had a group of less than 6 ppl. The reef was gorgeous and the water was perfect. My 5yo was snorkeling for the first time and it was perfect for her. After we ate lunch at the resorts beachfront open air restaurant. It was hands down the most incredible food we had all trip. For a three course meal of tapas plates for 3 people and drinks it was under $80 which was incredibly well priced. Cynthia made sure we had the best experience with the best tours and a very personalized itinerary. Compared to the cruise tour prices it was a steal!! I cannot recommend this tour and Cynthia enough!

Matthew was our tour guide and made our experience absolutely amazing. This was our favorite place to visit on our cruise honeymoon, and he went above and beyond. We got to hold sloths and monkeys, snorkel in gorgeous water, and relax at the beach. We were even able to eat a delicious dinner right on the beach. Definitely recommend and coming back.

We got the personal touch with this tour!! Matthew was a wonderful guide that made 2 women traveling alone feel very comfortable and went out of his way any chance he could. Traveling to snorkel he provided so many facts about the island. Upon arrival, the check in was seamless and he made sure we were on the boat and ready to snorkel. Honestly, the guides for the snorkel were quiet and not engaging, but we did see a lot. After, Matthew got us set up at a beach front bar/restaurant for a little lounge time. We chose to locate a restaurant with local eats, which he guided us to a great waterfront location. He was so great!! They did not serve beer, so he went to the nearest gas station and bought us 2 to have with lunch. On the way back to the ship, he surprised us with a bag of banana chips, which we had discussed earlier in the day…..Matthew is over and beyond!! Will request again.

The meeting time is scheduled for one hour after your ship docks in port. Ship time and local time may differ, so we've adjusted the meeting time accordingly. If your ship's arrival time changes, the meeting time will remain one hour after your arrival. You can disembark earlier than one hour after docking, if possible, as our tour representatives are available before your ship arrives. Rest assured, if you're unable to make it within the hour, our representatives will wait for you.
INSTRUCTIONS MAHOGANY BAY CARNIVAL CRUISE PORT: HOW TO FIND US
* Walk through the Shopping Center.
* Exit through the Covered Gangway to find the Carnival Taxis and buses.
* Turn left when you reach the road and walk uphill to the Security Gate.
* Walk down the small hill, and at the bottom, you'll see our Staff holding a sign that says “ROATÁN TUCAN ADVENTURES”.
MEETING INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE "PORT OF ROATAN, COXEN HOLE.
• When you get off the ship, walk into the port. Pass the shops, pass the artificial rocks and painting on the wall to your right.
• Turn to your right where you will find the shop “Piraña Joe”.
• Continue walking forward. Turn to your right before you get to the “Tucán Gift shop”.
• Walk under the covered top and follow the port signs towards “Port Offices,” “Taxi,” and “Exit.” You will come to a covered pavilion lined with stalls on either side that will be occupied by companies promoting their tours.
• Continue straight through this area, following the sidewalk path straight ahead. Look for security gate 1, please Exit through there.
• We will be right outside the security gate with a sign saying “ROATAN TUCAN ADVENTURES”.
