    Our host was amazing. So knowledgeable about how the grapes are planted, harvested and bottled. The wines were paired perfectly with food. An amazing experience you must do!

    This excursion was very well planned and executed. Arianna texted us where to meet her and she was wearing a red dress which was easy to spot. She greeted us in a friendly, comfortable manner. We rode the Funicular to the top. We were escorted to a clean restaurant with a spectacular view of Lake Como. We were served 3 types of delicious wines with foods that complemented each variety. With each wine Arianna showed us what region the wine came from and explained how each wine was made. Arianna was a delightful host. The entire experience was perfecto! We highly recommend this unique and interesting experience.

    Arianna was very knowledgeable about the wine in the area and Italy in general. She even had a book to illustrate using a map of where each wine type was made. We enjoyed speaking with her and learning more about the area.

The tasting takes place in the wonderful town of Brunate and in front of its breathtaking view of Como and its lake! After the funicular journey of just 7 minutes, we will reach the iconic town of Brunatr, where the famous Voltiano Lighthouse is also located, one of the symbols of Lake Como. Thanks to my passion and knowledge of regional and Italian wines and the territory, I will let you discover the incredible food and wine and cultural richness of Lake Como. We will taste three different wines produced in Lombardy (a sparkling wine, a white and a red), which perfectly represent the rich terroir of the region. This exclusive tasting will be paired with homemade focaccia and a fine selection of cured meats and cheeses produced by a small farm not far from Como. Other tastings of traditional local food will surprise you! I will tell you the story of Brunate and give you some advice for discovering this small and characteristic paradise! The view from the Brunate mountain is something amazing that you will remember for a long time!
