    It was a wonderful cave experience. Your guide is good. The guide for the boat is also good and funny. Would do this excursion again.

    Summary: This tour is transportation to the Cave tour, bus broken down, Cave tour was cut short as a result, no refund provided, paid $200 for 15 minute boat tour :( Full Story: This tour is a bus that brings you from Valencia to the Caves of San Josep outside of València. You receive entry to the caves (an adult ticket is 15 Euro) and a tour on a boat in the caves run by the Caves of SJ. Our bus broke down on a busy highway. We sat in a packed coach bus with no air conditioning and no open windows for approximately 20 minutes in 95 degree heat waiting for another coach bus. While waiting, the tour representative tried to move the time of our boat cave tour but was unable to. The second bus finally arrived. We switched from one bus to the other in single file on the highway. When we arrived we were past our tour time however we still entered and boarded the boats. Approximately 14 persons per boat, 4 boats. The boat guide explained the tour was approximately 50 minutes and would go down several tunnels and 3 main rooms. After 15 minutes, the cave guide who was also steering the boat like a gondola received a cell phone call. He was told to turn the boats around and bring them back. So all 4 boats stopped the tour moving forward to the remaining parts of the cave and turned back. The boat guide apologized to us and explained the tour needed to turn back because we had arrived late and they can’t disrupt the schedule which was sold out for the rest of the day. The tour ends with Coldplay song and “light show” (blue and purple light bulbs on & off) on ceiling. While we did see part of the caves it was rushed and upsetting that the tour was not a full tour. I had asked for a partial refund and was told that I saw the cave so NO refund. This was our last day in Spain so not a great final activity to end what was otherwise an awesome vacation. Had I realized this was just transportation I would have arranged an Uber to go instead. It would have been cheaper than spending $200 to see 1/2 a boat tour. Given the poor customer service experience from Viator and València & Go and what I saw of the caves was rushed and lame, I would not recommend this tour.
