Take elevator to 3rd floor, walk down sky bridge to central parking, take elevator to ground floor and follow the signs for the limo stand.

• Chauffeur arrives 10–15 minutes early at pickup location or designated waiting zone (airport terminal, hotel, etc.).
• If Meet & Greet is selected, chauffeur waits inside with a personalized sign and assists the client from baggage claim or hotel lobby.
• Client receives a live arrival notification via SMS or call.

Airport Pickup Waiting Time A 60-minute complimentary grace period is offered from the actual landing time. After 60 minutes, the chauffeur may: • Mark the ride as a no-show, or • Extend the wait time, based on availability, billed at our hourly rate of $150. -
Any extra unplanned stops will be subject to a $20 fee per stop.

Cancellation Policy Cancellations made at least 3 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 3 hours in advance are non-refundable due to the operational coordination with our internal logistics team and third-party suppliers.
