Stop 1 — Welcome & Sommelier Basics (10–15 min) Meet at La Chicca and settle in with the sommelier, who introduces the fundamentals: how to properly open a bottle, how to serve wine the right way, and what to actually look, smell, and taste for. Stop 2 — Guided Tasting: Chianti & Brunello di Montalcino (20 min) Taste your way through two of Tuscany's most iconic reds, guided step by step by the sommelier, each paired with local cheeses, olive oils, and crostini. Stop 3 — Guided Tasting: Amarone & Barolo (20 min) Move on to two more standout Italian wines, learning what sets each region and style apart, with more pairings alongside. Stop 4 — Final Tastings & Wrap-Up (20–25 min) Round out the six wines with the final pours, put what you've learned into practice, and close the session with any last questions for the sommelier.
