I sent a message to the guide via WhatsApp, did not arrive, I tried to call, faced problems because my DDD was different. I sent a message, I said that I would understand if the bus had passed through the meeting point, that it was not my fault, but okay, I waited until 9:31. To assistant Alanis tell me that there was no more how I found the group (don’t tell me ne!!!). When it was on the 27th of February, the Enterprise contacted me through the attendant Carol, to tell me that I was scheduling my visit for the next day (28th of February), I could not, I had another tour scheduled. Now we go to the points. I contacted the Enterprise warning that I would not be able to reach the meeting point at the exact time, the attendant, told me that I would arrive yes. I did not pass a new meeting point and much less contacted the guide to hold him for TWO MINUTES. How does the Enterprise have no contact with the Guide? How does the attendant pass on to the client the responsibility to contact the guide? Why didn't I get a new meeting point? Why is it so long to answer the messages? I was in Rio de Janeiro, made several trips, with various companies. In Florianópolis, I also made several, tours, with several companies, none was perfect, but kept in touch with the customer, if necessary passed a new meeting point, until I attended By bus Floripa, waiting for a couple who delayed 5 mnts without problems NENHUM. Whoever works with tourism needs to understand that working with people, with people, needs a good, quality, sincere service that helps the customer and does not make him even more confused. Nice walk. Visit the main points of the North and Central region of the island. The journey was quiet, punctual and the guide quite friendly. Cost-benefit is good because we walk around all day and the points are far apart.
