Senate Square

Senate square (Senaatintori in Finnish) is our meeting point, and it is probably the main tourist attraction, where the history of modern Helsinki begins. Here we will discover the three beautiful buildings around us!

Helsinki Cathedral

Helsinki Cathedral or the White cathedral is the most famous landmark in the city that you have probably seen pictures of. If the church is open, we can go inside and learn about the religious mindset in Finland. If we are lucky, we can also enjoy some music inside the church! (10€ entry fee in summers, so we don’t go inside the church in the summer time)

Kauppatori

"Torille" is a famous Finnish phrase, which means "to the market" ! Let´s visit the market square to find out what that means! What Finns usually eat or drink, and what can you buy from Helsinki to take home with you?

We will give you a complete guide to a Finnish sauna and give you some recommendations on the best saunas in the town. Let’s learn why Finns are so crazy about sauna?! Allas sauna is located right next to the Gulf of Finland, so here we’ll also get a nice sea view and talk about Suomenlinna fortree island and how you can visit it after the tour.
