    It was a great day!! The driver took care of us all the time, cold water and Polish sweets were a nice surprise. The trip was very interesting, seeing the largest castle in the middle of the century Europe is impressive. I recommend it to everyone

    AVOID at all costs. Booked this tour and was unable to attend due to storms preventing departure. This was within 24 hrs of the tour starting so I couldn't cancel or edit this. I wasn't even in Poland when tour was meant to start! I informed the operator about this asap and attempted to set for any other day as I wanted to complete. I was told id get a call to attend or receive refund- I got nothing. No contact. I raised a refund through viator for half the money. I accepted that beyond either parties control and attempted to reach a fair agreement for a half refund, which the company rejected stating the cost of the tour, driver and vehicle hire entailed this and I would get nothing. £158? Tickets to malbork are under £10, the shared vehicle was for 8 people? I'm with just my partner. Why does my money suddenly cater to 6 other people!? I asked this and received silence as a response. This company is not to be trusted. There's a reason it's cheap with virtually no reviews. Go elsewhere where it's safer, screw-job free and issues that can't be helped are valued.

    This tour of Malbork Castle was one of the highlights of my time in Poland. The driver/guide Wojciech was delightful- polite, and eager to look after us. Thoroughly recommend!

    The driver was great! Arrived early for pickup and waited. Great conversation and provided some interesting facts about the castle and other areas around Poland. Despite it being a rainy day, it was well worth the trip! Appreciate the service!
