What to expect
Pick up at 07:15 am.
Saquisili
A couple of hours from Quito we have two important indigenous markets in the area that exchange products from tropical areas and products from the Andes. We will visit these markets, the Saquisilí market on Thursdays and the Pujilí market on Sundays.
Zumbahua
We will learn about the daily life of the local population by visiting an indigenous hut.
Tigua
We will make a stop at the gallery of Tigua artisans, famous for their colorful masks carved in wood and their paintings on sheepskin.
Stop at the Toachi Canyon Viewpoint.
Walk into the Quilotoa crater and return.
Lunch
Arrival in Quito around 6:00 pm.
