Brewery Hop-On Hop-Off Trolley Tour of Nashville

Had a blast, great atmosphere and great brews! So many good beers and drinks to choose from. Melissa did such an excellent job driving all of us around!

This tour is so much fun! There are seven great breweries - each with a different flare. A special shout out to our amazing driver Melissa who made the experience memorable! Thank you! I would definitely do this again!

We booked our brewery hop on/off online for a 7 brewery tour. The tour began @ 12:00 at the one hotel, but we were told if we wanted to be picked up at one of the breweries that was not a problem. The pick up spot closest to our location was set for 12:45. At 12:30, I texted and let them know we were at a brewery and they responded ‘thank you for letting us know’ We sat at the designated spot from 12:20 until 1:20 when we were eventually picked up. My first message to the company was at 12:55 asking if it was normal for the bus to be 10 mins late. Back & forth for a few messages and then eventually that our driver would ‘loop back to get us’… many excuses, back no real reason how/why were missed. I asked if we would still get to visit all of the stops, which I was told ‘absolutely’! They gave us two $5 off coupons to a restaurant and two beer coozies for our inconvenience. Once we finally got picked up, we found out our driver had a group of 17 … & us. She went on to tell us that we could ‘customize’ our tour since there were so few people. We said we were fine, would like to just do the tour. We continued to the next stop, which was two breweries side-by-each, so our driver told us she would be back to get us in a little over an hour. Was great. We visited those two, she picked us up on time with what she said, in the designated spot. This happened for the next two as well. Then, we got on the bus in anticipation of going to the next brewery on the list and that is when she informed us that we could choose one of the next three to visit before she would drop us back off where we started. All in all, we paid for a tour that was cut short, to no fault of own. The upside? The breweries we did get to were all very good. The two we missed 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️ Im sure that the breweries that were missed wouldn’t be excited that the tours are skipping them… Our driver was friendly and talkative, would’ve been a better experience if we weren’t shorted… that’s all!

Michael the trolley driver made the tour exceptional. He is charismatic, full of knowledge, and fun. He was always on time, too. Experiencing the different breweries outside of Broadway made for daytime fun!

Great Breweries on the route, and by the end of the tour we made some great new friends, Have already told friends back home that if they're in Tennessee they should take this tour, Mark
