    Shit. We were called drunk, we talked strange, almost 200 reais of uber to go to the store and get another transport to the snowed valley. the day before we traveled more than 19 hours counting on connections, to get here and have this horrible experience.

    I do not recommend. Honestly I won't recommend it to anyone. In fact, in the following days we closed tours with other companies. We started the day with a lack of hospitality, because there was a communication error between the company and the hotel. The guide would be looking for four people and not two, as was the case. We had to witness the guide complaining to the hotel receptionist. This must be handled between the company and the hotel, without exposure to the customer. It is not my place to hear that it was our fault that a vehicle was chosen that was larger than necessary. We had a substantial delay in returning because 3 people were late at Farellones. In these cases, the company must maintain the schedule and have a plan B for those late, but it is not correct for the rest of the group to pay for others' delays. Or due to problems with the park since the tour was not a transfer to Farellones Park. In addition to the delay, we had to deal with the high and risky speed of the driver on the way back (everyone commented) and almost two crashes (one in the snowy valley and another outside one of the hotels). Just seeing a photo of the snowy valley makes us want to visit the place, but that's the point: what sets the agencies apart? In this case, none. Just transfer (and with fear and insecurity). The visual contemplation of the place was stunning, but the service offered was poor. I have this criticism, as I took tours with other companies in subsequent days and it was clear that the experience could have been much better. I hope this report helps to improve the service and put customers at less risk. I also sent it via WhatsApp, but I didn't get a response; I sent it on Instagram, but it was just deleted. I'm not sure the company wants to improve. We only have the chance to make a first impression once and they failed us. I don't repeat it or recommend it.

    The tour is incredible! We went up to Farellones and stayed there (we didn't go to Valle Nevado). The park is very complete in terms of fun, but prepare your wallet! Ticket + ski/snowboard equipment costs approx. 67,000 CLP in low season. But I can say it’s worth every penny! The Chile tour is excellent too! Good cars to take tourists, excellent guides (we went with Ingrid to Farellones). We also recommend the tour to Viña de Mar / Valparaiso (we went the next day with the guide Alejandro, who is exceptional).

    It was a unique experience, we were blessed with a lot of snow, it's a shame that it was not possible to reach Valle Nevado, for safety reasons, as there had been an avalanche hours before. Our guide Cristian and the driver were very good people and the driver was very experienced. I recommend it for the price, which is much more attractive than its competitors, and the punctual team. I just didn't give it 5 stars for the reason mentioned above. We spent our time in Farellone, a lot of fun.

    We paid two tickets for Farellones and Valle Nevado. We went to Farellones and it was nice but it seemed like a robbery to me since we spent two hours in Farellones and came back. It was an 8 hour trip, for 2 hours to be there in Farellones, an investment of money in the ticket and in clothing that was not used, because at 1:30 p.m. the van was returning. We paid to go to Valle Nevado but we didn't go due to weather issues, they didn't refund part of the money for not going to one of the destinations and I think the guides already knew that it wasn't the season to go but on the tour they made excuses saying that the weather It was unpredictable, be careful when booking a tour and be curious and do your research well.
