It is located in the northern part of the village of Zeda Makhuntseti, at an altitude of 335 meters above sea level, on the right bank of the Adjaristskali River. A 50-meter-high waterfall flows down a small tributary, creating a rather large whirlpool. Built from a series of porphyritic tuffs and tuff breccias, the waterfall is very impressive and attracts many visitors due to its location in that part of the ridge.
