Early morning, fly to Bahir Dar, meet Enter Ethiopia representative in airport and transfer to the hotel after check-in then after drive to Lake Tana and have a boat trip on the lake to visit beautiful island monasteries, Ura Kidane Mihret Church, Azuwa Maryam Monastery here is good birding in the lush forest surrounding much of the lake and bird watching and hippos in the Lake Tana. In the afternoon drive to the magnificent Blue Nile falls; it’s about 400 meters wide with a full flood (in June, July, and August and half September); and city tour in Bahir Dar if the day is Saturday market,” Weto’’ night dinner at the cultural restaurant with beautiful cultural dance. Gonder
Early in the morning after breakfast drive to Gondar; on the road visit Aweramba village. On the way, visit The Devil's Nose Rock, is a basaltic monolith or hoodoo, located near the village of Addis Zemen, 75km north Bahir Dar on the road to Gondar. On its top is an important roost and possibly nesting place for Ruepell's and other vultures. Upon arrival in Gondar after lunch, we visit Gondar the royal Enclosure, Fassiledes bath which is full once in the year for the celebration of the “Timket” festival and Debre Birhan Selassie church. Have Dinner at a cultural restaurant with cultural dance.
Addis Ababa
This day morning, transfer to the airport for a return flight to Addis Ababa. We spend the day exploring Addis Ababa by driving to the Entoto Mountain (3300m) for a panoramic view of Addis, Entoto Museum with a historical and royal exhibit, The Church of St. Mary, built-in 1885 and the old palace of emperor Menelik II. Take some images of Addis Ababa and trek the surroundings at Mount Entoto then back to Addis Ababa, visit the national museum. You will have a city market tour in Shiro Meda (cultural cloth market). We will transfer you to Bole International Airport for your back flight to your home.
