    We had a wonderful time with our guide Cedric! We took the train up the Mountain and walked down, and there were managable trails and beautiful flowers everywhere. Cedric even had so much interesting knowledge about the Alps that we were surprised to find out he was not a local!

    We had Gioia as our guide for the tour, everything went fine during the trip. We had a very nice walk, enjoyed amazing views and our guide shared with us interesting information throughout the entire trip. However, the booking experience was terrible, as it didn't mention the additional costs involved. The tour on the website didn't specify anything about the Gornergrat train ticket needed for this trip and when we specifically wrote to support, asking for this information, we were told that the ticket is included in the final price for 6 people, as shown on the website ($582). So we ended up paying an additional 132 CHF per person, for the train ticket, in the morning, after meeting our guide and finding out that the train ticket is in fact not included. This information has been updated on the website since then, but still, for us it was a very disappointing experience since we clearly asked about this before booking and paying for this trip. Moreover, even after paying the reservation, in the ticket we got, it again didn't mention this, in the "not included" section for this tour.

    Beautiful day with our guide Gioia ; excellent pictures of the Matterhorn; short hike as there was still snow on some of the trails. Really lovely lunch.

    Advertised as 4-6 hours train ride/ hiking. No hiking planned on this trip at all, however. Be very aware. Total guide time 2 hours. Guide told us he hiked yesterday for 5 hours and was too tired to hike during our paid hike with us . We told our guide we planned to go hiking and he let us off the train at one of the stops down the mountain and that was it. Over $650 for 2 hours. Complete scam. Absolutely unethical to charge to have a guide ride up the train only. I would strongly recommend anyone considering this company and service, think twice. You could easily just purchase the train rides yourself and take the train up and down without the added $600.00. I’ve used Trip advisor for tours and guides for years with very positive experiences but this was the first disappointment… and I dare say scam.

    We had such a great day with our guide, Cedric. He was so knowledgeable about Zermatt and knew exactly the hiking route to take our family. He also led us to a beautiful mountainside restaurant for lunch that was perfect. Thank you Cedric!
