What to expect

First you will learn, in English, how vines arrived in Provence and how to harvest them. Then we will go handpicking grapes. After, we will crush them in a big barrel with our feet with a view of the Mount Ste Victoire in the background. Bring a bottle to collect the fresh grape juice you made. We return to our outdoor kitchen, to eat several cheeses and charcuterie selections with truffle honey, truffle oil and truffle salt, with all you care to drink red wine and rosé. During the tasting you will learn about wine, farming and French drinking song
