We had a fantastic time with Bruno and Gianna. They were welcoming, fun, mellow, and funny. We felt safe and cared for. It was interesting learning about the history and formation of the sinkhole and cave. We also kayaked into another cave! So fun! They made getting into and out of the kayaks very easy. Great tour! We parked in the lot (free!) at the top of the hill after driving by the beach. We wore our bathing suits and were warm enough even at 9:30. You can bring your phone in the dry bag and take pics with it in the cave. Bruno took pictures for us while on the water. We left our shoes and extra clothes on the beach with Bruno's staff person.

We participated on a 2 hours kayak tour. Bruno is very funny guy who told us a lot of 'backstage' infos about the caves. I totally recommend this nature friendly way of exploring this beautiful place.

We loved Bruno taking us to see the caves and enjoyed paddle boarding on choppy ocean waves (it was windy). Highly recommend his team, look for the guy in the baseball cap as you land at the beach!

We thoroughly enjoyed our kayak trip through the Bengali Cave and along the beautiful coastline. This tour enabled us to land in the cave, do a little exploring, and included a brief history and geology given by the guide. The skill of the tour operator Bruno and his staff managing our take off and landings on the beach was very appreciated. I felt safe and very well looked after! Bruno was very responsive to my inquiries before the trip, making this adventure possible despite a previous injury I had to my wrist. He suggested we change to the 7am tour since the sea is usually more calm. It was magical being in the cave with the early morning sunshine. Thanks to everyone on the team!

Bruno and his team did a superb job! We scheduled the noon (12:00) outing, and we had eleven people plus Bruno. Benagil Beach was crazy with the crowds, but Blue Xperiences had a supervised small shelter just around the corner from the boardwalk where it was just a bit quieter. Getting in and out of the water went smoothly after Bruno's detailed instructions. We did not take any photos on the water because Bruno took care of that with his GoPro on 4k mode (they provided a drybag; just leave your phone in it until you get to Benagil Cave). He got pics of all of us multiple times (he sent a download link within 48 hours). We kayaked west along the coast, stopping in at least a half dozen caves before heading east to Benagil Cave. Again, smooth out/in at the cave beach. We took some amazing photos in Benagil Cave (Bruno helped), and we had plenty of time to wander around and hear about the origins of the cave (sinkhole) and the fossils embedded in the limestone. Really a great trip, and we highly recommend Blue Xperiences! Some additional thoughts: if you want to take pics on the water, have a waterproofed GoPro available; the two-person kayaks are simple open-water boats with holes in the hull - you will get wet; the seats in the kayaks do not have back support - if you need some support, sit in the front seat and have your well-stuffed drybag strapped down just behind you (where the tie-down straps are located); the beach area will be busy - give extra time for parking (we parked at Marinho Beach and hiked/walked the Seven Hanging Valleys trail - just over one hour of walking for us and we stopped for every selfie possible); if you hike the trail, please DO NOT climb over the fences to get a better view - if Portugal puts up fences, then it's probably a pretty dangerous area; and, if you're looking for a place to eat, Litoral at the top of the east hill has excellent service and incredible food (no reservations, but they have lots of space). Have fun!
