You will enter the basilica through the imposing central portal, admiring the magnificence of Renaissance and Baroque architecture. Inside the basilica, your guide will take you through artistic masterpieces, such as Michelangelo's Pietà, Bernini's imposing canopy and the beautiful decorations that adorn the chapels and altars. The tour continues with a visit to the tombs of the popes, located under the basilica. Finally, you will climb the dome of St. Peter, designed by Michelangelo.
