    We joined a small group tour around Ha Long Bay that had been arranged on our cruise Facebook page. The joining instructions were clear and the guide easy to find at the port. The boat was clean and comfortable and it was nice to be in a small group as we saw similar boats that were very full. Our guide and her assistant spoke great English and were very informative and happy to take pictures for us. The walk around the cave complex was impressive and there was the option to kayak or take a bamboo boat to get closer to the cave. Lunch on board was plentiful and we were returned to the port in good time for our ship departing. Great experience and highly recommended.

    Group tour pre-booked before the cruise, great communications with Lily (Linh Linh) and easy joining instructions. Our arrival was earlier than planned and Lily extended the tour by two hours free of charge so we got to go further and see more. Our guide Lee was a charming young man and met us in the cruise terminal and took us to our boat where we enjoyed a seafood lunch as we sailed through the limestone rocks. Extra drinks could be purchased from a well stocked fridge, ships crew were pleasant. We had a walking tour through a huge cave (certainly the biggest I have ever been in) Tuan Chau, we were taken to bamboo boats where we sailed through caves into a bay, we saw monkeys and it was a lovely experience. The bamboo boats were powered in the main by small women who must be extremely fit to spend all day rowing groups of 16 or so people. There was the option to kayak instead but none of us took that option. We had some free time to swim/go on the beach/take refreshments and darkness was descending as we returned to the cruise terminal. Our lovely guide Lee had taken photos throughout the day and distributed them to our group which added to the highlight of what had been a great day out. Ha Long Bay - definitely not to be missed, highly recommended. Thank you Linh Linh and especially Lee.

    Thanks to Hannah, my family had a fantastic time in Hanoi. I had no idea on where to go for my one week trip and Hannah recommended be for four day trips and I ended up joining three of them. I paid USD600 in total including lunch, travel and all entrance fees. Everything that was provided was luxurious and the tour guides were professional and fluent in English. I would strongly recommend this tour company and Hannah for help.

    I was lucky enough to discover Lily from Up Travel on a facebook group before my cruise around Vietnam. She listened to our wishes & arranged 2 private tours for us around Vung Tau & then an overnight junk boat cruise at Halong Bay. It was meticulously planned & organised from start to finish. Lily was always available to answer questions when I was in the UK & everything happened as expected at both ports. Our trip would never have been so great without her expert knowledge and willingness to make her clients happy. I cannot recommend her highly enough to organise any trip to any area within Vietnam. All this for a very reasonable amount of money. Thank you Lily x
