    Pavlos and Mareli, a lovely married couple taught us about Greek culture. It was a lovely experience. Cooked 5 delicious meals. We learned Briam, Milk Pie, Tzatziki, Spinach Pie, and Souvlaki. Pavlos taught us the history of the dishes we were making, their significance, and how some had variety based on ingredients in house, or personal taste. At the end, they sent us the recipes via email so that we can make them back at home. I recommended this class to anyone who would like a rich experience of Greek culture. If following GPS it does not lead you to the building you have to look at building numbers. Ask around to get to the correct building, ring doorbell and they'll let you in.

    We spent 10 days in Athens and other areas of Greece and the Greek Cooking Lab was definitely a highlight! We made a full meal and dessert. It was the best Greek food we had our entire trip and all even better because we made it! This was so much fun for our family with a wonderful instructor/host! Wonderful atmosphere (the actual location is a bit hard to find, but the kitchen itself is very nice). I highly recommend adding this to your itinerary!

    This was such an amazing experience! Pavlos and Mareli were so kind and helpful. Pavlos ensured that we understood the tradition behind everything, and he made us feel welcome right from the beginning. The atmosphere was light and fun. They both made a point to know our names and get to know us personally, and we left with recommendations to several local restaurants that we are excited to try. To top it off the food was FANTASTIC. Such a wonderful time and one of the highlights of our trip for sure!

    Authentic Greek food and friendly relaxed atmosphere. Pavlos and Anna Marie were wonderful hosts teaching us how to make traditional meals. It was a delicious meal and more than enough food for everyone. Can’t wait to go home and cook for my family!

    Absolutely fantastic class - we had a semi-private group (3 people) and Pavlos and Anna Maria were wonderful hosts and teachers. We made 5 dishes ans had a little dinner after to eat everything and it was all delicious! I can't speak highly enough of it!

    We meet at our cooking studio and we start our culinary journey with a walk in the Athens Central Market -6 min on foot from the studio- in order to get a first taste of Greek gastronomic traditions and habits. (Market tour’s estimated duration: ~30 min. The market tour is available only in Mon-Sat morning tours, when the Central Market is open). We return to the studio and begin our hands-on cooking experience, creating a Greek traditional menu consisted of 5 courses. While cooking, we enjoy the lively rhythms of Greek music and a glass of excellent local wine. We then sit down to a delightful meal featuring the courses you crafted, just like being invited to a Greek home for dinner!
