    Dear Customer, please don’t rely for this tour operator. The start time of our trip was 9.00.am. The operator’s first message was a simple hello without any further context, so we don’t know who is contacting us because we weren’t provided with the operator’s phone number upon purchase. Then at the late time of 10.50 we received another notification that our pickup at hotel will be at 7.55 am; a schedule change. We received this notification and rushed to the lobby only 7 minutes late, but saw that they did not wait for us. We tried to call on the operators phone for clarification but it was locked, the website also is not in service. Essentially we received no support and no response from the tour operator. We booked our reservation at 8.43 pm and have time for a 24 hours cancellation. The was made by the Viatour at 8.36 am, because the agent tried to connect with operator. We don’t have a choice like to dispute this transaction with our bank representative. Please consider another tour operator and don’t rely on the Viatour customer service.

    Had an amazing time! Our driver was great! Willi was amazing. We went all over higuey. From the church to places I’ve never seen before.

    We were at the location at 9 and there was no communication. Someone's answered but then hung up on me and haven't heard anything since. This was operated by Punta Cana tours and they didn't answer phone calls nor text. Don't go through them.
