Turks & Caicos National Museum

Museums tell stories through using known dates and facts. at the Museum you will get brief overviews of the most important dates in the history of the Turks and Caicos Islands, see artifacts of slave ships, the , Spaceship Friendship 7, see the original lens for the oldest operational lighthouse in the western hemisphere. and many many more too numerous to list here.

St. Mary's Anglican Church

Here you will visit the second oldest church on the Island which was destroyed by Hurricane Ike in 2008 and rebuilt back within a year, here you can see the beautiful stain glass windows, with beautiful images of bible characters that was not destroyed or damage in the hurricane. you can take photos enjoy beautiful organ music and much more.

Grand Turk Lighthouse

In the early years of the 1800s ship commerce increased throughout the Caribbean. To access Cuba and the Gulf ships had to pass the Turks Islands and traverse the dangerous Turks Island Passage. Poor maps, uncharted reefs, and strong currents in the area resulted in numerous shipwrecks. On 1 February 1851, President Fred Forth wrote to Governor Sir Charles Grey in Jamaica raising the issue of a Grand Turk lighthouse: here at the lighthouse you will see the lighthouse, which is still in operation...you will see the lighthouse keepers quarters which is now a gift shop. The kerosene storage room which is now a snack bar, and you will see the U S Naval Tracking Station overlooking the beautiful northern Atlantic Ocean. In the month of Febrary to April you can see the hump back whales migrating to their meeting zones, and many more sceneries.

Grand Turk

you will visit the Grand Turk Salt Museum which in now a bar and restaurant. The salt industry began with seasonal salt rakers coming to the Islands from Bermuda in the late 1600s and lasted until commercial exploitation of the salinas ended in the 1960s. . Salt Industry being closed you still can see the ramnants of the salt pand, windmills and occassional flamingos feeding on shrimps in the pans, here is also a beatuiful site for photo shoots.

Governor's Beach

Hrer at this prestine beach you see vendors selling local products, renting chairs, tents, umbrellas etc. etc you can bathe in the beautiful turquoise waters, and have a beautiful view of the Governor's mansion, and many more

Grand Turk

St Thomas's Anglican Church is Grand Turk's oldest church, and was dedicated in 1823. It's located on the edge of Town Salina, Cockburn Town opposite the H J Robinson High School. Here are the oldest gravesite in the Turks and caicos Islands. Here is a brief photo shoot
