    The worst experience ever. I chose to use Viator to save time and hassle. In this case it added both and I was afraid to even use the service. I told the man I was afraid to trust them to get me back in time since they couldn’t pick me up in a timely manner. He told me “we should get you back in time” hmm not real reassuring. I will no longer use Viator and feel compelled to give an appropriate review

    Just a bus that drove around like any other bus. NO Sight-Seeing, NO nothing except for 5 or 6 bus stops. And a bus driver that drove way to fast until he had his first relaxing "cigarette."

    The bus was very good. My only negative comment relates to the process of booking. At one point we tried to cancel but were unable to do so. The message came up that this page was temporarily unavailable. We were well within the time period to allow us to cancel. Luckily we were able to go on the bus in the end. But I will not book tours through TripAdvisor again , in case I do need to cancel and cannot do so.

    We booked online prior to arriving and then it was an easy transition to finding your tent to receive our wrist bands and tickets for the aquarium. Will recommend to future travellers.

    I booked online for 3 adults (myself, daughter and 12yr old grandson plus 8yr old grandson - 1 child. On the morning of the booking 12 Jan my daughter had to quarantine with 12 yr old who had been unwell, certificate issued by medical staff on Cruise Ship. When I approached Lyvia gentleman under gazebo at booking table and explained now it was only 1 adult and 1 child travelling, I asked whether a refund might be considered due to medical issue, a stern, loud and very rude reply of "no" was given and he wouldnt continue conversation and waved me on and flung bus bracelets at me. We did enjoy your hop on hop off tourist route but your customer service leaves a lot to be desired regards Robyn Salter
