What to expect
Icelandic riding
At arrival to our stable you will be met by one of your guides. Our tours start at the stable preparing you and the horse for the ride. Then we will head out, exploring the beautiful nature in our area. This tour is beginner friendly and will be taken at slower paces. You will start in the paddock getting used to sitting on the horses before we head out for the tour. All riders must be able to mount and dismount on their own to be able to take part in this activity. Our aim is that you'll gain confidence in the saddle while building a solid understanding of proper riding techniques while on the tour. The total riding time varies a little bit depending on your riding level and the rides each time. But you can expect the tour to take around 1 hour to 1,5 hours. Total time from arrival to departure is around 2 hours.
