    They took our money and did not reschedule our time. We called to tell them we were late due to standstill traffic and were told that they would wait for us. They did not!! Also, leading up to this they never answered the phone or email when we previously tried to change the reservation! Don’t waste your time and money! Other vendors were much better!

    No call no show two days in a row! If I could give zero stars I would. Absolutely terrible service and experience. My husband and I traveled here on our honeymoon, and were so excited to go jet skiing. They didn’t call us or tell us anything I had to reach out to them. The first day they claimed it was due to weather… the weather was fine. They rescheduled us, and the next day absolutely nothing. No answer of a call, No email, no Text nothing. This company is a scam. There are plenty other reliable jet ski companies nearby. $360 down the drain. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!!
