    Pizza making was great. Alex was fun and the pizza turned out so good (maybe because they substituted the dough we made with their dough as it wasn’t possible to wait for ours to rise)! We enjoyed the piece of bruschetta each with cheese. The drink is water, soft drink, peach tea or beer - can have wine for additional charge. The gelato making was a farce. It was not gelato, but very basic icecream where you blend cream and condensed milk and put it into an ice cream making machine. The reason given is so that it speeds up the process but from experience, you do not get the same result by putting the bowl in the freezer without the churning. Better off to buy an ice cream maker from Amazon as it comes with better recipes and will have better result (and can use it again and again). Choose the tiramisu or some other add on instead.

    Decided to book this as an experience for both of us as part of my wife’s birthday. Alex was our teacher for want of a better word and he was humorous, knowledgeable and his English was excellent. We made pizza and gelato and ate it too! We learnt a lot so now it’s time to make Pizzas properly at home.

    Vitali was a great instructor. Spoke great English and was very nice to the group. 10/10 would recommend the class and would take it again.

    It was a great learning experience, but I was a bit disappointed that the only topping options available were basil and cheese.

    We had a great time and loved our chef Vitale! The food was delicious and the company was great! Would do it again in a heartbeat. Thank you so much for a memorable experience in Italy with our granddaughters!
