I traveled with my wife and 3yr old kid. This is the best tour operator i had ever seen . The driver they alloted us was very much knowledgeable and had a very good communication skill, They treated tourist as part of their family . Am basically a south indian from Tirunelveli,Tamilnadu but I didn't face any kind of Language problem bcoz of the fine management and multilingual driver. Over all the experience is excellent and this Jailsalmer visit wil b always close to my heart and remembered for many years. I referred this travels to my frens, hope to travel again soon or earlier in the golden sands of Thar.

I plan well in advance and got in touch with Om Prakash through Tripadvisor reviews. He was very professional and clear in his communications. I took his taxi with Bhakar Ram, the seasoned driver for three days on a long tour of Barmer, Ranakpur, Udaipur, Kumbalgarh and Jodhpur. The tariff was reasonable and I had a totally enjoyable trip of Rajasthan and thank Om Prakash for giving me a wonderful driver in Bhakar, fluent in English and a warm person. En route Barmer we had to pass through Bhakar's village and I admit that I had one of the best lunches in Rajasthan at his home with Bajra roti dipped in desi ghee, sabzi and dahi. Om Prakash was checking often about my comfort during the trip and it was clear that he was very involved in the safety and happiness of his clients. In fact, he even refused to take any advance from me for this long trip. It is people like Om Prakash and Bhakar who carry the torch of tourism. Truly humble and warm people. Just to know you are in safe hands at a far off place is greatly reassuring. I really feel this agency deserves a higher ranking.

We took Bhakar ram ji services for visiting Jaisalmer city, SAM village, Longewala , Tanota mata temple and Indo-Pak border. Overall his service is excellent.Key highlights are:
1. He communicated well in advance.
2.He is very punctual, polite , good behaviour ,have lot of patience and mingles well with family members.
3.He helped me for planning my trip. knowledgeable person.
4. He knows all the key locations in and around the areas i mentioned.
5. He knows good affordable restaurants and taken us there.
6. Since we are from south indian, it was very comfortable to communicate with him as he knows Hindi and English.
7. He drives safely and cab is in good condition.
8. He is very helpful in taking pics and took lot of beautiful pics for us. Good photographer.

It was a fantastic ride. Driver Bhakar is a gem person he cooperated in many ways waited long for us to take pictures himself took our pictures, took us to the fabulous food outlets which would not have been possible without local guidance. And helped us to get possess and permissions. He helped us to explore fancy as well as raw jaisalmer. Big thanks to bhakar ji for this much patience and support to explore Jaisalmer well.

Jeep Safari and camel safari is a never before experience which take u on a rollercoaster. Cultural Performance by local artists and camping was also excellent.Om ji the driver was a person of experience helped us a lot and made sand dune journey comfortable.
