Meeting Time: 08:20 From the West Exit of Shinjuku (Central West Exit (underground)), go towards the direction of the Chuo-dori Underpass and the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building. Once you are on the surface, walk towards the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building for another 1-2 minutes, and you will be in front of the Kogakuin University Please go to the intersection. You can see Keio Plaza Hotel（京王プラザホテル）across the street.
