Really enjoyed the monastry. Beautiful grounds and churches. Well worth a visit. Rep not particularly bothered about safety. Laughed about head counts and leaving people behind although luckily for her no one was. Wasted time just hanging around with no direction of what we were doing or going. Not impressed with information about the journey or history compared with the rep on Saturday who was really knowledgeable. Would like more time in city centre to browse shops.

We were dragged around in unbearable heat. No consideration to weather conditions at the time of the tour. We were left in the middle of nowhere at the hottest time of the day and confined to the sitting in restaurant. It was not worth the effort or money paid for it.

What spoilt the tour massively was when we joined another TUI excursion at agrostoli harbour for the talk and viewing of the sea turtles (this was planned as our guide informed us of this enroute) The real disappointment came was when we arrived at our final stop, Kastro, to view the ruins. The 2nd TUI group arrived at the same time TUI knew there was only 1 restaurant open which meant ridiculous wait times and us leaving our meal unfinished so we didn't miss the return coach This was also late

The service, staff (both the lovely guide, Wendy, and the driver, Spiros), and quality of the experience all great. Issue was time: advised it was a 2-4hr tour, but it was close to 9. Wouldn't have taken a child on such a long trip had we known. Value for money is low as we were expecting to be back at our all-inclusive for lunch: instead, we had to spend a lot of money eating out in a restaurant. Overall, tour is good but hugely misrepresented.
