    On the bright side, we did see dolphins. However, the captain was unprofessional from the start. Stepping on board he almost demanded that every customer leave 20% tip of the overall cost of your tickets. For a family of 6 that could be as much as 70$ plus? And the reason he cited? They pay their workers less than minimum wage. That sounds like a business issue. I understand and prepared to pay 20% at a full service restaurant. Don’t demand I pay $70 tip to watch dolphins and drink 1 glass of water. What’s worse, the captain was overly confrontational with some of the guests. Not sure what happened, but based on his unprofessional actions at the beginning of the trip I’m sure he was partly to blame. And he was literally texting the entire trip while he was at the wheel. Not sure the rules with texting and driving (steering) on the seas, but I would expect an overall more Professionalism.

    The Captain and the crew were great and very engaging. Unfortunately due to the choppy waters we only saw 2 turtles and no dolphins.

    Overall an excellent experience!! Friendly and knowledgeable staff! Saw many dolphins and spent a good amount of time observing dolphins play!

    This tour is excellent. The crew is super helpful and friendly, the boats are great and were able to see lots of dolphins playing around the boat. Awesome experience
