    Nagao was a great guide. He was friendly and kind and was very knowledgeable. He took us to 5 different sake breweries. At each brewery, we learned something new. Learned about the process of how to make sake and the polishing of the rice. One highlight was going to Hamafukutsuru Ginjo Brewery and meeting Yoneji. Yoneji has his own sake called Yoneji Daiginjo. It was fruity, light and crisp. It was so good that I bought a bottle. Definitely recommend this tour if you’d like to travel by private van.
