    Hallo. Meine Erfahrungen mit Viator war am Anfang ungenügend. Sie haben vergessen mir eine Email zu schicken mit meiner Pin. Ich habe bei der Touristeninformation in Koblenz Hilfe bekommen. Die haben ihre Service Nummer angerufen und ich habe dann eine Email von Ihnen bekommen mit meiner Pin. Die ganze Sache hat über eine Stunde gedauert. Danach haben wir Koblenz mit audio app sehr genossen.

    Dit was een prima verzorgde audiotour met informatieve en leuke verhalen. Ik heb de stad echt beter leren kennen. Fijn dat je je eigen tempo kunt bepalen.

    It was nice to have some brief introductions during the well-chosen city tour. Technically, it works so-so. GPS was not precise enough. The depth of information was not really satisfying. Due to the low price, it was okay, but not comparable to a human city guide.
