The trip was fantastic - it’s a long ride and on the day we went it was snowing but Mikołaj our driver was fantastic. He was very safe in extreme conditions and was very pleasant to talk to during the many hours in the car. Auschwitz was as you could imagine was heart wrenching but the tour guide was phenomenally well versed in the history and gave an incredible recount. Krakaw was beautiful and we had another professional tour around old town finishing at the Christmas tree lighting. Awesome day I would recommend the tour if you can have a full day adventure and of course Mikołaj made us safe and comfortable along the way.

Although a private tour was requested due to company issues, it should have been shared and at a different pace. Even so, the experience was satisfactory, especially due to the very professional and pleasant driver, in addition to the sympathy of the other companions.
Regarding what was visited, everything according to what we expected, perhaps lunch could be something more typical of the area.

Karol was our driver! He was excellent! He promptly picked me up at 5:50 am from my hotel. I was grouped together with 4 other travelers. It took about 4 hours to get to Auschwitz. There we were introduced to our tour leader and our tour guide who escorted and informed us about Auschwitz. It is a very somber experience to see the site, the pictures, and the place where this atrocity took place! After our tour of Auschwitz, we enjoyed a wonderful traditional Polish lunch which is included in the price of this tour. After lunch, we drove a short distance to Krakow which is a must stop destination! It does make for a longer day but do not miss it! The city is beautiful and the architecture majestic! My guide Joanna was very informative and the walking tour through Krakow was amazing! After a few hours at 6:10 pm, Karol took is back to Warsaw and we arrived just before 9:30 pm. What a perfect day for this traveler from the United States!

We can pick you up from your place in the city centre or it can ba a Marriott Hotel near the Central Railway Station. Please provide your hotel/apartment name and address for pick up.
Pick up time is estimated (between 5.30am and 8.00am) and depends on the Auschwitz tickets availability.
We will send you the phone number to the driver and the exact pick-up time one day before the tour. The pick-up outside of Warsaw city center requires a 15EUR supplement, paid in cash to the driver. If you have special wishes please let us know in the moment of booking. See you soon :).

By booking less than three months before the planned tour date, the customer acknowledges that online tickets for Auschwitz may no longer be available due to museum restrictions and high demand, as tickets often sell out well in advance. In such cases, tickets will need to be purchased on-site by the driver at the ticket office, which may involve waiting in line -

Due to the new Auschwitz-Birkenau Museum policy, name and surname of each customer are obligatory and need to be provided accurately at the time of booking. In case name or surname is incorrect, this may result in customer paying for their ticket at Auschwitz themselves or even prevent customers from visiting the Museum. Each traveller needs to have valid ID or passport at the Auschwitz Museum.

If a booking is made just a few days in advance, the tour operator will arrange an early departure from Warsaw (around 4 am) to secure tickets on the spot. However, the local provider cannot be held responsible for ticket availability at the ticket office

If tickets are sold out, customers will be refunded the nominal price of the museum entry tickets, but not the cost of the entire tour. Alternatively, clients can opt for a non-guided visit to Kraków's Old Town. Such situations are extremely rare and beyond the control of the local provider
